Obtaining the process patent for the headpiece was a huge accomplishment. BJ didn't think my grandpa could get it since they had not been able to get one for the NCM. The patent attorney, Judge Busch, is the one who encourage my grandpa to pursue the patent. He also was the same attorney Palmer used and really understood Chiropractic.
